Commemorating My Seventh Year With Carolina One Real Estate
Last year I implemented the Eighty Percent Challenge so that my clients and I working together could use my commissions to give a little something back to our wonderful community we call Charleston. Over the past twelve months I watched as the economy continued to stagnate, and it seemed to me what better way to help buyers and sellers get something back from me that would also stimulate the local economy. So as I enter my seventh year at Carolina One Real Estate, I have decided to give my clients a second option (Plan B) that will allow them to put a portion of my commission directly to work for themselves. Here’s the deal:
Plan A – The Original Eighty Percent Challenge
I will donate 80% of my commission to your non-profit charity group/organization or church of your choice, approved by me.
Plan B – Helping My Client
I will rebate 50% of my commission to you in a gift card of your choice, and donate 30% of my commission will go to a non-profit charity group/organization or church of your choice, approved by me.
So whether you select Plan A or Plan B, buying or selling a home; please come to know me as Nick Maffia, the realtor who cares, and gives back to you (my client) and the community that we both love. I feel confident that you will find one of these two options to be an offer that is hard to refuse, and all I ask in return is that you spread the word to your family and friends. Remember, I can help you no matter which state you live in at no cost to you for my services.
