The 80% Challenge.
Have you ever wanted to help your community or support a charity, never felt you had the funds to do it? Well now you can under a creative new program I am introducing. I have always been taught that it is more blessed to give than to receive. That is why I am introducing the following program to allow me to join you in giving back and being a blessing to others in these difficult financial times while at the same time selling or buying your home.
WHAT: As a Realtor I earn commissions on the sale of Real Estate. In order to give back, I am pledging to donate 80% of my commission to any approved non-profit charity, group or organization of your choice. In this way we partner to help others. You sell or buy a home, I receive a commission and you select the organization to be assisted by the donation of 80% of that commission to that selected charity. I also tithe 10% of my earnings to my church, and only retain 10% to meet my basic needs.
WHY: Financially, I am not a wealthy man but God has truly blessed me and helped me to understand that our greatest wealth is the joy we experience in helping others. I want to partner with you to helping others through this “win/win” partnership. (Back)
HOW: If you or someone you know is planning to sell or buy a home, have them call or email me and they will immediately qualify to assist the approved charity of their choice through my 80% commission donation program.

Also, if you know several groups in your local area I would love to add them to my list. I plan to post these groups on my website soon.
